Eric Poziverse is an independent AI futurist and builder. This is the story of the studio — four hosts, one vault, and a small fleet of agents — and the philosophy that keeps it coherent.
Why I build
I write about the future of AI the way a field reporter writes about a war: from inside it. Not as a commentator reading press releases, but as someone who runs the machines — a personal mesh of four hosts, a seventeen-device tailnet, and agents that now maintain themselves well enough that I can spend my evenings making things.
The throughline is local-first. My notes live in a vault I own, my speech transcription runs on my own GPU, my models route across my own network. I believe the most interesting AI work of the next decade will happen on hardware people actually control — and I want to prove it by building it.
The studio, today
What started as a single system-overview document is now a small library of runbooks, blueprints, and working software. The four hosts below are the entire compute footprint — one person, a closed network, and no customer or team to dilute the vision.

The philosophy
Four principles, stolen from the vault ontology and applied everywhere:
Vault as truth
Every decision lands in notes. Agents remember through the vault, not despite it.
Local first
Compute stays where the data lives. Privacy is architecture, not policy.
Agents as tenants
Every agent owns a slice of the mesh and keeps a paper trail.
Design matters
Uptime is typography. Backups are rhythm. Taste is a decision procedure.
